Del Sol Construction, We work very closely with our clients from the
initial visit throughout the bidding and contractual process to insure
that all bases are covered and all questions answered. We believe
in everyone getting involved in the project.That is why we like to involve the architects, interior designer, and clients in our meetings when needed to work through any design or cost concerns that arise in the bidding and estimation stage. This gives you the opportunity to become exceptionally familiar with the project. We believe communication is paramount in any renovation or construction project. We hold weekly meetings with our clients, regardless of project size, to review the previous week’s progress and to go over the upcoming week’s schedule of work, the progress that should be completed, as well as reviewing the upcoming purchases and deliveries. In addition, we provide our clients with a construction schedule outline with action markers called out for any known stopping times in the work schedule, and decisions or purchases that may be needed during the construction. |
